Name: Imperial empire ( a bit redundant)

Source: elder scrolls

Leader: emperor titus meade

Homeworld: cyrodil

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansionist, diplomatic, cultural

Description: Likes to found a large empire. Will fight for territory but prefers diplomacy. Max range, bonus to influence.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
