Description: I really liked the cabal from magic the gathering so i made the civ. Picture's a bit meh. Slavers. Bonuses to culture and tourism, extra starting wealth.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
