Description: Just wants to be left alone but will happily fight anyone who attacks. Adaptable (cause he's on ice and barren planets in the movies) Heavy bonuses for defensive legions.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
