Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: scientific, diplomatic, cultural, spiritual

Description: Another leader too cool not to get a civ. Bonuses to defending legions. Accurate agile ships. Uusally only fights evil people.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
