Did the original black fog lag you out? Try this.
To be specific, the original had 5000 particles rendering at 50 wide with a 10% opacity darkening dot
this has 1000 at 50 wide, with 25% opacity. It shows it's hand a bit more, if you can, I'd use either of the originals.

The fog some reason gets lifted when carrying a gas can, would you be able to fix that?

try this with the teletubbie mod, you will be afraid
