Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: greedy, opportunistc

Description: I liked the char enough to give him a civ. Not as aggressive as many. Starts with extra wealth (cause he's rich). Heavy bonuses to economy and trade.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
