Description: Goblins that actually aren't after money. Max population growth. Fast and organized. Not very tough or smart. Low mass.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
