Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, opportunistic, xenophobic

Description: Basically gangsters. Stay out of their territory and show some strength and they may leave you alone. Not very smart or likeable. High growth, brutal invasions.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
