Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: cultural, spiritual, xenophobic.

Description: One of the ten guilds of ravnica. Distrusting of others, especially those who are not benevolent. Extra administrators. High mass. Bonuses to culture and military production.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
