Oil Industry

An Oil themed - Industry lotpack. Currently consists of:

(1) 3x3 Oil Rig -- fully furnished, with mixed electricity style. Also has a Helicopter Spawner! The Oil Rig is meant to be built exclusively in the water, and thus will not spawn naturally. If 66% of the lots surrounding the oil rig are water lots, then maximum income will be reached for a 1.66x income bonus! Has enough room for 350 workers! And yes, there is a material in the tanks to blow up :D
- Update as of June 26, 2018 - limited building of the Oil Rig to ONE (1) per player to hopefully avoid spamming that was present in multiplayer. I could rebranch a separate mod for those of you that want to place many, many, many in singleplayer, but I'm trying to do these mods as the next-best-mix between singleplayer and multiplayer friendly. WIth the new updated limit, in theory, this should be viewed as a minor reward building. It has a lot of $$$ potential and does quick work on getting demand for residential and offices up, so the limit of one should theoretically help to balance out the game a bit so that it's not too overpowered.

(2) 1x1 Oil Wells (versions A, B, C) -- Can be built without road access, and should also spawn randomly in the new worlds

(3) 1x1 Oil Derrick -- Essentially the same as the Oil Wells, and is technically an exact copy of the Derrick on the Oil Rig with minor changes to the base

(4) 1x1 Occupied Oil Well Bandit Base -- Is a bandit base, that will spawn in worlds!
