Description: Hates war. Very peaceful and diplomatic. Very likeable and tech savy. Good ally and source of trade. Low military production. Adaptable due to their suits.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
