Homeworld: Tidal (needed something)

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Peaceful, scientific

Description: Aqautic species. Heavily focused around tech but peacful. If you don't attack them early, you may be forced to become allies. Starts with espionage.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
