The Nebulawolf Industries (Ni), F56C Aquila is an air-superiority fighter with outstanding manoeuvrability and significantly greater firepower than its smaller F66C Kestrel sibling (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1363527947).

When fitted out with multiple rocket launcher or plasma weapons; eight weapons points provide for a hard hitting combat craft, capable of taking on POIs and Patrol vessels.

Like its smaller counterpart, whenever you exit the craft you are positioned standing on the canopy. As this craft is larger than the Kestrel, one must move slightly rearward to access one of the four fridges, four cargo boxes or four ammo boxes. Also easily accessible from this slightly rearward position are the four fuel tanks and six O2 tanks, which provide excellent mission endurance. Walking rearward across the top of the craft, hatches provide access to a constructor and O2 station which are located toward the rear of the craft immediately behind an internal space that can provide shelter (when engine systems are powered down) and access to the armour locker.

When fitted with six or seven mini-guns hunting becomes a simple ‘blip’ of the trigger to take down any target.

As with all Ni designs, braking thrusters, and main engines (port and/or starboard) can be shut down for super-cruise. Auxiliary Lift Engines are needed to get the craft airborne but are unnecessary for sustained atmospheric or space flight. Ni recommends that all engines are put in active (on) mode during combat to ensure maximum manoeuvrability and redundancy.
