Because it is quite large I haven't done any themeing of the rollercoaster area. Feel free to do so yourself!
On the last picture above you can see how I decorated with my other CandyLand scenery objects. These are available in my workshop!

The queue area is built like this:
All 4 meter wide pieces. Start with adding one piece to the Coaster station entrance.
Then you click on the Grid, choose the queue area as basis. Place down the queueing.

No fastpass queue, sorry!
