Combat Extended Patches

Description

Patches the Astra Militarum Core mod to work with Combat Extended. Thanks to Zippy9871 for initiating this Project and helping me a lot.

NOTE: This patch contains a buff for the Astartes Armor and Helmet. (Armor now has Armor 1.00 (all fields) and Helmet 0.80 (all fields) because it was weaker than the Vanilla Power Armor and i think it should be something worth the effort.
I also made the armor cover neck and waist too.

If you don't want these changes, delete the "Apparel_QXIGC-Armor.xml" file in "Patches/ThingDefs_Misc".
