Water Glow

Description
A small improvement mod which adds lighting to all water in the game, much like lava. Should help to brighten several areas, especially in The Sewers.

This mod may be integrated into any other mod, but please give credit if you do include it in your own.

With this, water in the "mines" adds an extra "shine" to it.

It would be nice, yeah, but Delver doesn't really have support at the moment for laying one texture over others on voxels nearby. I know what you mean, but that's really hard to do when water / lava textures can basically be changed to anything you want.

Too bad we can't get an overlay type of thing working to have that water effect on the walls from light reflections.
