Golden Child Mk 2 (CV)

The Mark II improves on the original Golden Child in every way. The Mark II features 50% increase in left, right, up, and down thrust, a 42% larger SV hanger, and the interior is 72% more fancy.

The SV and HV hangers are stacked with the height carefully tweaked so that both SV's and HV's can take advantage of the repair block. Simply park your SV so it sticks out into the overhang between the bays, power down, and wait for your ship to be repaired! The SV hanger now includes room for two pack mules for all your storage needs.

The front mounted pulse lasers and ventral and dorsal artillery canons have been removed to reduce the ships level requirement to 20, but the mount points are untouched and the weapons can easily be added once unlocked.

All of these improvements come at only a two meter (one block) increase in ship length!

The ship retains all the other characteristics of the Mark I, small size, full med-bay, great turn rates, eco-mode by turning off the external engine pods when high acceleration is not needed, 3-4 layers of combat steel covering the hull, and of course it's shiny and gold.
