included in the better director's cut version on nexus[skyrim.nexusmods.com]

The fourth and final part of the succesfull 'Guild Outposts' series. Includes a unique voiced character.

-Requires Nothing-

This mod makes the old Falkreath Sanctuary accesable again and also opens the possibility to upgrade it. I tried to keep the old Dark Brotherhood style while bringing in my very own style. It also includes a unique voiced character (the architect)

Story:
Nazir found an architect for you who was willing (after some torture) to help you with the rebuild of the sanctuary.
The architect is afraid and won't run away ;)

Important:
This mod doesnt opens the possibility to get old things stored in chests or so back. Also it declines you the possibility to get the stone of barenziah from the sanctuary so please take it before you complete 'Hail Sithis' or use this mod[skyrim.nexusmods.com] which changes the place of the Stone.
The architect appears immediately after you finish the quest 'Hail Sithis!'

F.A.Q
Q: The dialogue/door won't show up!
A: This is a skyrim bug, the script doesnt load correctly. You need to quicksave (F5) and quickload (F9) immediately. Then you must probably change your location

A: Follow these instructions

it looks like a great mod but have following problems with it. 1. EXTREMELY LAGGY and 2/ when talking with the architech cant hear what he is saying when you are trying to buy anything from him. now I can put up with the architech not being very loud just can turn up my sound but the lag is unbearable. I can offter a suggestion though and that is to compress it better and perhaps it will work better. Other than that I like what u have done with it but will have to uninstall it untill lag issue is fixed.

i like what you did but not how you did it,
the voice of the architect is to quiet, the place seems far to laggy,
i will resubscribe/ download from nexus when you upload new versions :)

it lags way to much, u need to patch that or something because it's ruining my expeirience with the mod

well, im sorry, just got ver frustated and i didn't mean to say its useless, its awesome, but like i said, if you can somehow put the original items in there, that woluld be awesome

@insanitynight75 It was one of my first tries, and the experience I gained by this project is influencing my new DB project. Unfortunately, it probably won't be released to the Workshop due to the many issues the Workshop poses as well as the sheer size. It definetly involves a new sanctuary and a new hideout, probably a restoration of Falkreath's sanctuary.

also utterly useless, you should try it again, but this time, actually restore the place including all of its original items, also i can barely here the voice actors
