Mk.4 Animated Illuminated "Drying Umbrella" Crosshair

Description
A reticle for the Mark 4 scope inspired by one made by Shampooh: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=614170655

This one features a green illuminated and animated crosshair. The animation is to make the illuminated parts look a bit more laser-ish. It's very subtle, but the green parts do shimmer visibly.

This mod changes the reticle only, and will have no impact on the the look of the outiside of the scope.

не используйте это. The crosshair works better if you put the enemies in the middle of it instead.

That's the VMT file. The VTF file has 10 frames. The "AnimatedTexture" part makes it rotate through the frames at 60 per second. Read the description.
