Armament:
3x Green 13 MW lasers (16 mounts)
8x 60mm Cannon
6x 22mm Cannon
2x 300 MW Decoy blast launchers (60 decoys)

Basic improvement to the stock Laser Cutter. Better armor, better acceleration, cheaper, lighter. Coming in hot and targeting correctly you can take out 5 stock laser cutters or 5 stock Corsairs without taking too much return damage. Intended for use as an escort vessel for larger capital ships.
