Q

Description
This is my take on Q from Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. I figured I'd make him since he wasn't on the workshop. While I'm happy with his moveset, his logic could use a little tuning. (This is frankly my first c.a.w)

Things to note:
- While a little derpy, Q is as tough as they come.
- 199/300 skill points where used
- He has great stamina
- He can punch with the best of them
