UM21's Course-13 goes once again mad and adds WIND! That's right! Although it is not technically wind, it surely does give an effect, more or less. Wind occurs more the more further you play! So watch out! Also an inspiration about ellipse holes comes from other player's maps. Not sure if they really bother to make circular holes or simply lack of knowledge, but here is more ellipse holes! Now with day/night cycle.

Adds wind as in custom music... well, "music". Now with as sound effects! Still, due limitations, no idea where wind actually blows, but at least it gives proper warning now!
