Homeworld: Phobis

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, expansive, opportunistic, scientific, spiritual, xenophobic

Description: Very angry, very aggressive, very hard to culture flip. They want to spread fear throughout the galaxy and gain multiple bonuses for this purpose.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
