Description: Must be scared cause they're always in a state of anx. More diplomatic traders. Rather peaceful but war's not out of the question. Bonus to trade.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
