Homeworld: Lamprey

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, opportunistic, scientific, xenophobic

Description: They will flay your mind alive. Very aggressive slavers. Heavy bonuses to tech. Doesn't want to be friends.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
