Features:
Chaos Burst now builds charge

Just a small convenience mod for Outlanders who primarily use Chaos Burst, removing the need to occationally be forced to auto attack or use skills they would not otherwise use, just to build charge.

混乱爆发现在制造冲锋

只是一个小型的方便mod，为外地人谁主要使用混沌爆发，消除了需要偶尔被迫自动攻击或使用技能，否则他们不会使用，只是建立收费。

When you hit an enemy with chaos burst, it fills your charge meter. It's as simple as that.
