This is 2nd version of my DR1A DMU. I really tried to make soviet DMU.

The DR1 diesel-hydraulic trainset was manufactured by Rīgas Vagonbūves Rūpnīca (RVR) in Latvian SSR from 1963 for suburban commuter usage within the Soviet Union. In 2017 DR1 trainsets (different modifications) are still in use in Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine.

First 8 sets was looked like early RVR's EMUs (ER1/ ER2/ ER7/ ER9). In 1966 RVR built DR1-09 with a new cabin from unsuccessful DR2.

DR1 (in different modifications) was in production 1963-1998, 2005-2011.

Notice: I use 3-axle bogies because train more stable with 3-axle bogies than with 2-axle ones.
