To fans, im currently a stellaris modder and map tool developer, if he will allow i'll take up this mod and keep it updated as part of SPSMods. If not i'll build my own mod similiar to this one.

Why? Its simple, my tool allow me to take up this mod and develop it without any problems, i have also some experience with fixing static maps like this one.
