Chronomancer Class - Finesse (Classic)

Description
This is a override for the Chronomancer Class.
Require the main mod to work.

- All skills are now scaling with Finesse instead of Intelligence.
( Only use 1 override at time. )

Does it also change the starting weapon to a spear or another finesse based weapon?
