I won't respond if you don't know how to use override materials. (a good guide to start with https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=291500222)

SFM is outdated as hell and don't support stattrack proxy. Thus the need of override materials.

We are interested by those materials representing each 1 digit.
stattrack_dial000 (rightmost digit) to stattrack_dial005

For each material, add an attribute of type int and name $frame ($ sign included). Give it a 1 digit value.

Voilà !

Additional notes :
The stattrack model scale varies per weapon. If you want to match the game look, add a scale transform on the c_weapon_stattrack bone.
