Teleports you to the item room when the run starts. You dont have to deal with any cards! (Dosen't activate in greed mode either!)

guys, to get mods working: untick repentance+ from game properties, then start the game and quit out. now you can download the mod, start the game and quit out again. move the files from the mods folder inside the game's root folder to the mods folder for repentance+ located on Documents/MyGames/Binding Of Isaac Repentance+. done ;)
