Adds a potion that rewards stats points to the general goods vendor list.

Game crashing on launch is usually tied to a corrupted game save or steam cloud file. It is also possible a mod file was corrupted during the download. Easy way to test if it's game saves is to copy your mod saves to another folder somewhere (I usually make a folder on my desktop). Then when you open the mod launcher before you launch the game delete the original game saves and launch the game. Again make sure you keep a copy of your saves. This is a somewhat common issue with mods in general especially if you have tried numerous mods out.
