FYI the mod load order is automatically inverted (compared to the .cfg) when using the Keen dedicated server GUI tool, same as the single player client.
A better and less-confusing phrasing could be "reverse this if manually implementing mods via config files".

These are all taken in the same time and place, just with different angles looking at the ground while crouching.
There is an illumination if there is light (eg. day) and you get closer to things, but SJGR has it also. Without it shadows would too dark.
I know that's not as good as it should, but the lighting system in SE not event close to realistic, and we try to get "real darkness" with our mods.
But off course I will try to fix the issue if I understand it better
On the other hand they haven't done away with the light lag, at least not on all systems. On my friend's machine turning off lights or moving from room to room has no real delay, but on mine with *anything but your mod* there is a pronounced lag in lighting change that makes the game seem absurd.
Maybe you two can can coordinate and figure out how to improve both mods.
Yes, taht's exactly what i'm talking about :P So frustrating, haha.
But there seems to be a bug in the current version in Space Engineers where I get random light source in specific view angles and it was lighting up a dark room.
Lighting in Space Engineers is sometimes a bit strange XD.
