And I also have an idea about the founding of Rome with Aeneas as the main protagonist and later Caesar under the Republic and finally as the Empire but not sure who to base it on exactly.
Anyway I don't really have the time or knowledge to make a campaign sadly right now but if I could I would since as I said, I have somewhat of an idea on how the story could unfold.
Romans don't exist in this period yet either. That said, a campaign focusing around the Aeneid and later founding and early campaigns of Rome under Romulus would be nice.
Ignoring all that, I would agree that lorica hamata would look better. Especially with the limited texture quality.
