Jiggleboned to give the pet some wiggly flight.

The name is a combination of Chinese and Japanese words along with a play on words.

Natsu = Summer (♥♥♥)
Lóng = Dragon (Chi)

Also "Not so Long" as Asian dragons are usually long and this one isn't.
