Unfortunately, I can't really give you any other piece of advice for these Akimbo main weapons, since they only shine in this build thanks to the mods coming from the DLCs. With the base game mods only, you clearly won't get an interesting damage/stealth mix.
I haven't played PAYDAY 2 in a while, but last time I did there weren't many weapons that were this efficient for this build (up to the Mayhem difficulty level, that is). I don't think that many guns have been updated since. I'll try to upgrade this guide if required on my next heisting session. In the meanwhile, the "Legacy Collection" is often discounted up to 90%: have you considered completing your arsenal of DLCs? ;)
I don't feel offended, don't worry: you're being constructive instead, so everything is fine. :)
"Lock n' load" from Technician can be used elsewhere if you wish, but I think that the rest of the tree can be useful if you go for clean and steady shots while moving.
The Enforcer skills are kind of "quality of life" improvements IMHO. They help improving your survivability by providing a better armor regeneration rate. But once again, up to you to customize the build and thanks for participating! ;)
P.S. Sorry if I offeneded you
