Meet little jimmy! He is a quater off your usual height and is amazing with his stealth and bow!

Some facts:

He will not die
He can carry alot of stuff
He is 0.75 tall (normal is 1.00)
He does not affect your stealth meter
He is small
He has the stats of a level 100 NPC
You can find him near the crazy guy who is in-love with Talos in Whiterun
