Outlander Tiered Passives (v.2)

Description
Mod four of four in my series to enhance passive play! I love passives in games like this so I took it upon myself to add a little more oomph to each class's passives, and to also make it feel more cohesive with the other skills. Also, there are lots of passives that I feel no one ever takes so this should make some of those more attractive without (hopefully)making them overpowered. Enjoy!

This mod doesn't affect anything but the passive skills so if you have a mod that doesn't affect passives at all, it should work just fine

Will this mod work with othher mods that alter outlander skills, like the one that allows Chaos Burst to build charge?

What armor is that in the picture? Is it just artowork or even a mod?

Updated a tool-tip error.

Aramil, you're a saint. I updated the mod to increase the number of Shadowlings. This seems really strong though, so I may have to go back and update to where the skill itself uses a different sort of layout, one that will continuously increase the amount as you rank the skill up. That should curb its power a tiny bit so that its not overly strong. I'll keep an eye on this.
Thanks again for pointing out this much needed fix, and again on top of that for pointing me in the right direction. That link put me on track. I have to say thanks again for pointing out that it works with Synergies, I may update the descriptions to reflect this for those wondering.

BTW.
Mod works great with Synergies ;)

Still looking for a fix for this Aramil, it is rather annoying to have your current Shadowlings die every time this goes off, especially if they haven't moved far enough to do anything yet. Having trouble isolating what's causing them to die when new ones spawn

Please increase the limit of Shadowlings that can be alive at the same time.

Just added descriptions for all the skills for all four classes, hope that helps :)
