I find it odd that all of the different compounds I have encountered during this expedition would come together to result in implements of war.

This will be a short entry. Events are transpiring and I lack the time to give an adequately in depth description of recent events. I only write this because there is a quite moment and I feel the need to occupy myself. The rulers of Takik have escalated from sending thugs to sending mercenaries. They intended to send these warriors in, capture us leaders, and execute us. Thankfully, due to the mixture of compounds I am dedicating this entry to, these soldiers were unable to complete their chosen task.

The mixture combines elements of the Purifying Acid I discovered in the Sin Hult Mountains and elements of the Sustaining Elixir that I survived on in the cave in the Ahran. This oily mixture is coated on the weapons of our bodyguards, and, upon contact with the enemy, will seep through the skin and begin to race along their bloodstream. The vitae compound causes an intense burning sensation, incapacitating the recipient in moments. The mors compound tempers the impact of the vitae compound, preventing it from overwhelming the body and causing death. This concoction has allowed us to dissuade attackers very effectively.
