Download the files and take a peek. It's simple. I managed it just looking at vanilla files.

This is so simple, if you want it bad enough, you can make what you want, from this.

Maybe you could make a tutorial for people on how to recolor the Matter Manipulator themselves or make a mod that allows you to color it however you want in-game if you ever get tired of making these
