Description
This is one of several common fleet members of the SEPTA buses which service the city of Philadelphia. Getting all the right references online proved to be a little confusing for me, so there might very well be some details I either missed, or confused for another bus model. But for the most part, this is it!

This model's texture map playfully includes an advertisement for a common eatery in the Philadelphia/Mid-Atlantic region (and parts of Florida) called Wawa, as well as a rear ad using the With Love, From Philly campaign.

Any suggestions to replace the "SEPTA" ad on the right side of the bus are welcome. I'm looking for something local. Otherwise, I may just make up a place on my own.

I'm just going to go on record that in my years living in Philadelphia, I was more scared of dying by getting run down by the Route 42 Septa than gun violence.

Actually as NewFlyer is a Winnipeg company, I'm in full agreement with it.
I was just expressing my irritation to how most governments want review it almost every time a company buys another one.
I understand that in the US Monopolies are illegal except for the board game but Canada base created on top of a monopoly, The English granted fur trading monopoly that granted the Hudson's Bay Company with control of ALL lands where the rivers flow in to Hudson Bay. Even after the agreement about the northern border of the lower 48 states being the 49th Parallel, Canada had to basically buy the land for Northwest Territories, the Yukon Territory & all the land between Canada as it existed beginning at the east coast all the way to the border of the other British colony "British Columbia" which did not join Canada until a few years later.
I'm proud to actually know my county's history as according to US history, the Second World War did not start until after Pearl Harbour was attacked.

@EvilDaveCanada I'm guessing this is something you're opposed to from the sound of it. I'm only here to share 3D models, though. Politics and business endeavors aren't quite my thing here.

I live in Winnipeg, home of NewFlyer and they just started the political crap in their bid to buy Motor Coach Industries which has a plant here in Winnipeg and also one in Pembina, ND.

@djnellz215913ko That's a lot of awesome! And thank you again! I would put myself up to offer collabs, but those peeps are a different level than I am, for sure, haha. Plus I feel like they do this stuff for the money? (I could be partly wrong.) So I'd rather not step on their toes. I'm just a hobbyist who likes to take my sweet time.

@djantir though I am from Philly, I am in Kansas City right now. Puts a smile on my face to see SEPTA on Cities: Skylines. You should talk to @bsquiklehausen about using his PATCO for a template for the BSL and about a collabo with Tim the Terrible or Ninjanoobslayer on their Xcelsiors. I absolutely love your assets.

I do have friends from both Philly and NYC and that doormat Jersey (lol I hate Jersey lol) who are hardcore enthusiasts, some work for SEPTA.

@djnellz215913ko I'm a native New Yorker, but have lived in Philly for some time. But yeah, I'd say I am an enthusiast. Maybe not as strong as others out there, but I hugely appreciate transit systems.

Ah, you're from Philly...... are you also a transit enthusiast?

@Blujitsu Haha, right? It's too easy to walk around, and see one of these rolling by. If I knew how to do the whole Vehicle Effects thing, and was good at collecting my own audio, I'd definitely include it on these buses. Even better if I could program the new-ish, "Caution: Bus is turning."

This is pretty much as Philly as it gets, with these really loud buses especially.
