I was just expressing my irritation to how most governments want review it almost every time a company buys another one.
I understand that in the US Monopolies are illegal except for the board game but Canada base created on top of a monopoly, The English granted fur trading monopoly that granted the Hudson's Bay Company with control of ALL lands where the rivers flow in to Hudson Bay. Even after the agreement about the northern border of the lower 48 states being the 49th Parallel, Canada had to basically buy the land for Northwest Territories, the Yukon Territory & all the land between Canada as it existed beginning at the east coast all the way to the border of the other British colony "British Columbia" which did not join Canada until a few years later.
I'm proud to actually know my county's history as according to US history, the Second World War did not start until after Pearl Harbour was attacked.
I do have friends from both Philly and NYC and that doormat Jersey (lol I hate Jersey lol) who are hardcore enthusiasts, some work for SEPTA.
