i see. i don't see caves as much of a challenge personally, you just have to have a lot of torches in order to actually navigate, but that's just me. at the time i was tired and irritable and would like to apologize for my previous behavior, but seeing now as what the mod is, it's actually rather helpful sort of like the durability removal for thermal stones mod.

the main thing is that if you want to use the fur roll consistently you have to grind out bunnymen or make a huge farm, both of which are either tedious or boring. plus why bother making the fur roll when you can just make a siesta leanto or a tent. this basically makes the fur roll more versatile than the tent or leanto. since you dont have to build it everywhere you want to go. that was the point. if im going out exploring. chances are im going to need healing more than 3 times. so why bother making a fur roll to heal when you should just make perogi or bandages instead. the only time i've ever used the fur roll is as a "between fights healer" item. which is pretty much the only thing its good at. removing its use limit and reducing the absurdly high hunger penalty makes the item actually usable in place of perogi or bandages. albeit harder to obtain since you have to go caving to get it.

IT'S NOT MAKING IT BETTER. ITS REMOVING THE DOWNSIDE. you're making the fur roll overpowered by removing what makes it a challenge to use it in the first place. the point of this fucking game is survival why in the fuck is the community trying to remove all the downsides to everything so there's no point to the game anymore
