Monorail Bus Bike Avenue (M-B-B Avenue)

Description
This is an avenue with Bike, Bus, and Monorail lanes.
-Benches under the monorail track so you can place the Monorail station on road, and the benches should serve the station.
-Decorative trees
-Inner most lane for busses. Middle lane for cars. Outer most lane for bikes.

*Where I got my idea was from watching a ted talk about making better cities for the future and the guy talked about a 'walkable' avenue with options of public transport. Heres the video at the time when the avenue is shown -> https://youtu.be/IFjD3NMv6Kw?t=540

*This is my second avenue for that idea

I plan to make more roads to suit the 'walkable' smart city idea from the TED talk. Let me know if you have any suggestions/ideas.

Question, if you select left driving like in UK or Asia, do the bus can have their stops on the central lane (under the monorail)? With right driving, busses must cross the lanes to stop on the sidewalk side.
In short my question is: is the center a center sidewalk accessible to pedestrians aside from monorail stations and crossings?
