This mod improves the appearance of every unit of each playable faction in the game by changing the way their outfits are set up, so that there aren't just three different looking guys in a unit anymore. Now every soldier gets his skins and gear (clothings, armor, weapons etc.) randomly instead of fixed sets.

I wanted to stick to the original style of the game so it's mostly still the same and/or similiar stuff like they already had. But In some cases I did some further additions and changes to improve diversity and give them a more fancy and unique look, if I felt they might need it. There is a list of (most of) these in the pictures. I also wanted the factions to still appear special and different from each other according to their culture like in the original game.

I won't list all changes here, but for example it bothered me that in the original game some units look exactly the same or some elite units look hilarious in their short tunics... so I fixed that and made this mod mainly for my own use. But as it turned out well I decided to upload it so you can enjoy this game too, without wondering how half your army lost their pants just before battle or if they all went shopping at the same armour smiths ;)

It is save game compatible and works with any other mod which doesn't change the look of the same units. In this case one of the mods would simply overwrite the other, but only for these specific units.
