Advanced crafting adds new crafting options.

New component:
Chicken feather and chicken leg: kill and loot a chicken
Bears now have 10 claws to loot
Textile: can be gained on a tanning rack from clothes or linen wraps.

New spell (sold by Farengar Secret-fire at DragonReach):
Transmute on smelter: allow transmuting ingots in another on a smelter during one minute.
Iron-> Silver or Steel/ Silver-> Gold or Quicksilver/Steel->Orichalcum or Corundum / Quicksilver or Gold-> Moonstone or Malachite/ Orichalcum or Steel-> Dwarven Metal or Ebony.

----------------------On a smelter:
- Note that options no are not visible if you don’t have the base item-
Gold ingot: 100 septims
Silver ingots: silver candlesticks
Steel ingot (2): 1 iron ingot, 1 corundum ingot and 4 charcoals.
Dwarven metal ingots: all dwarven stuff.
Charcoal: 1 fire wood piece
-Weapon and armor melting gives the same amount of ingots of the main metal required to craft but loses all other components:
Castpots, skettles and clothesiron give iron ingot.
