PSO Station

This is a Protective Service Officer Cell/Station that can be commonly found along train stations in Melbourne. It is a 2x1 station that has about half the stats of a regular police station. This is meant to be used in conjuction with the Move It! Mod to place onto my upcoming Fairfield Station or any station which has platforms a meter from the ground.
