High quality screenshots [Autorun LUA thing]

Description
This changes jpeg_quality from the default (90) to 100 every second, to make sure that your qualities are highest quality. All the time.

I don't think it is. I know from another friend you can do the "poster" command to make higher quality screenshots, too.

All it does is set the jpeg quality from 90, which is the default, to 100, meaning that screenshots won't have the weird color artifacting.

only my screenshots will be higher quality? Cus i dont think my shitty laptop will be able to take anything higher quality very well
