[EO] Medium Scorpion 1.3

I was trying to design a kenetic alternative to laserstars and I came up with this, mounting a 100 foot long Mega Railgun and literally nothing else, the Medium Scorpion maximizes range and velocity at the cost of all else. The railgun has a muzzle velocit of 150 KMS and makes up half the price of the ship. The rest is fuel, crew, and light armor for defending against missles that may have slipped through it's escorts PD. The 1.3 version of this ship includes a 1GW Decane NTR for strategic mobility.
