Description
Description

"Veteran Training Program" is a mod which made change about unit training level in vanilla when units are fresh from the camp their levels are only 2 (Trained) which only benefit 0% in combat modifier and if you train them on ground training they will rise only 1 level to level 3 (Regular) which benefit 25% in combat modifier. This mod make change about it.

Changes
  • Units from bootcamp now can be train directly to veteran.
  • Deployed units if not veteran can be trained to veteran.

Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with every mods which not edit the experience table.

We also have MUL compatible version too.

Remember this is NOT achievement compatible

@Nuri It worked, now I can keep a veteran army after a war and not some annoying under trained level 2 troops despite traveling 7 continents

For eveyone who wants to train Air Divisions to Veterans, look in the discussions for the how to do it manually yourself.... Paradox launcher was being a pain so I cant create a mod; either way it's a super easy fix. Cheers!

Unfortunately, this mod wouldn't work with air and sea forces. And in the next few patch this mod will die out too. I've lost most of my mod files in old SSD and the backup I have it's far too obsolete to update. Just need to make a new one.

Does this also work with Fleets and Air Wings? really looking for a mod that does because both take forever and a half to train to even Regular
