Adds the Splinter Cell NVG sound.

Info:
Every client needs the addon.
Works only if "N" key is assigned as NV, rebinds dont work yet.

No Steam Workshop reupload allowed, i will DMCA every upload i will find.

@Joseethx what exactly is your problem ? This mod was just created for fun and for peaple who just enjoy the sound. Comments like this discourages people making mods.

@operatortactical Older NVG's did make a make a high pitch whine, caused by the high voltage transformer unit in operation, this can apparently be heard up to 2-3 meters
